Disclaimer

The riding school student enters the premises of the riding school, uses its facilities, handles the animals and takes part in the riding and school lessons as well as all other events of the riding academy in the broadest sense, whether they are of a riding and/or non-riding nature, at their own risk and danger part.

The Riding Academy assumes no liability whatsoever for damage of any kind incurred by the riding student and/or the persons accompanying him/her - including those with parental authority and/or other persons authorized to represent him/her - during their stay on the riding facility, handling the animals and/or participating in events of the Riding Academy in the broadest sense, regardless of the factual or legal reason.

The exclusion of liability also includes all employees, freelancers and/or other vicarious agents of the Riding Academy when performing their work for the Riding Academy and/or the riding student or their legal guardians, other representatives and/or accompanying persons.

Excluded from the aforementioned exclusion of liability is the liability of the Riding Academy or one of its vicarious agents for damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health. With regard to liability for other damages, liability only exists in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Riding Academy or one of its vicarious agents.

The riding school student and/or his legal guardians and/or his other authorized representatives are expressly informed by the Riding Academy of the meaning, scope and consequences of this liability waiver when they sign this agreement. He/She has/have taken note of this notice in its entirety, understood it and hereby expressly and without any reservations accept the comprehensive exclusion of liability as individually agreed.

Riding Academy Regulations

Dear riding customers,
In order to be able to guarantee a regulated process, we ask you to observe the following points:

• Please book your riding lessons at least 24 hours before the desired riding date.

• If you would like to cancel a riding lesson, we ask you to do so at least 24 hours before the riding lesson, otherwise we will have to charge you the full price.

• Wearing a riding helmet is mandatory.

• Depending on the level of training of the rider, the teaching horses are trained by the

  assigned coach

• We ask parents to ensure that their children do not

  stay unsupervised on our riding facility. Parents are responsible for their

  Children.

• Smoking is prohibited in the stables.

• Feeding the horses is not permitted. (risk of illness, allergies,

  drug treatments, etc.)

• Please come to the lessons on time

• If someone obviously overwhelms a horse, the company reserves the right to exclude the responsible rider from equestrian activities or from the equestrian center for the future.
