Cathy has ridden internationally up to S**, nationally up to S***. With the founding of the EWOT Academy, she focuses on the customer service and the management of the Academy. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of West London as a media reportert and has further qualifications as a horse manager.

Sally competes internationally at CSI4 level and has achieved numerous top placings in competitions up to 1.55 m. Having represented her country at multiple European Championships and earned numerous national and international titles, she combines extensive competitive experience with exceptional horsemanship. She graduated from the Red Bull School for Elite Sports in Salzburg with dual vocational qualifications in Office Administration and Sports Administration. In recognition of her outstanding achievements, she was awarded the prestigious Gold Riding Badge in 2022. At the EWOT Academy, Sally leads the training and development of our young horses and competes our sport horses at both national and international level.

Patrick Lam is one of the leading personalities in international show jumping. Patrick has countless national and international successes and completes this team with competence and experience. The Hong Kong Chinese, Patrick Lam, who is competing for Austria and Hong Kong, studied dentistry after graduating from high school, qualified for the 2008 Olympics in Hong Kong and has been a professional athlete ever since.

Dr. Betty Cantonsmith has over 22 years of clinical experience, and has several areas of specialties including Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Sports and Exercise Medicine, Trauma, and Life Support education. Previously, Dr. Cantonsmith was the Training Programme Director at Shanghai United Family Hospital training Emergency Medicine Doctors.

She served as the Team Doctor for the Great Britain Paralympic Archery team participating in the Beijing 2008 & London 2012 Paralympic Games, as a Spectator Care Doctor at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, and most recently Supported the GB winter paralympic team in Beijing 2022.

Robert Zwiener was the owner and managing director of the Schelle construction company in Munich for many years, later Robert and his wife Michaela Zwiener led a hotel and event resort on the beautiful Wolfgangsee in Austria. Now the two entrepreneurs support their daughters Cathy and Sally and complete the EWOT Academy team.

Michaela Zwiener also ran a large real estate company in Munich for many years, most recently a hotel and event resort on Lake Wolfgang with her husband Robert Zwiener. Michaela also supports the EWOT Academy team with great commitment.
