Season start in San Giovanni Italy

A successful start into the season for Sally Zwiener and her horses

After a long drive, bringing the horses into the freshly bedded stalls, drinking the first Italian espresso and taking a deep breath simply feels good! To be able to start the new show season like this is a great thing. The first two days are used to gymnasticize the horses and for the vet check, then it's time to get started. Sally Zwiener and Vagabund mastered their opening competition in the 2* 135cm with zero faults and a placing, and on day two the pair were once again able to enjoy an excellent third place in the 2* 140cm with jump-off. Vagabund also showed promising rounds in the second week and achieved his first CSI 3* placings. Ukas Z, the dainty, agile gray, jumps beautiful courses in the CSI 1* jumping competitions up to 120cm in the first week. In the second week, he is allowed to compete internationally for the first time in the six-year-old young horse classes and remains clear in his first 1* 125cm jumping competition. He also presents himself from his best side on the final day.
